I am a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with decades of valuable appraisal experience, covering a wide range of commercial properties. Since 2006, I have specialized in Replacement Cost Valuations for insurance purposes throughout Florida, providing this service for the past 19 years.

My reports are clear, concise, and consistently accepted by major national insurance carriers, including Citizens Property Insurance Corporation—Florida’s insurer of last resort. Citizens was established to insure properties that private insurers decline to cover. Our valuations meet their standards because we utilize the Marshall & Swift “Commercial Estimator” software, which is the only valuation tool approved by Citizens and other insurance companies for condominiums and other property types in the state.
